Weekly Schedule

Sundays, 9:15am in the Attic – At Sunday school, we gather in the Attic (children and youth) for a time of fun and announcements and then split into smaller groups for study and prayer.

Sundays, 5:00-6:30pm in the Attic – Every Sunday Night we gather for dinner, youth and kids led music, a time of scripture and prayer, and then we have fun getting to know one another via basketball, crocheting, band practice, and other fun and random stuff.

Special Events

September 20th-22nd Friends Inc. Camp – children (3rd-6th grade) – a weekend retreat to Camp Kanata with several area Sister-Churches for discipleship, worship, and fellowship.

October 11-13th Camp Cheerio – children (birth – 6th grade), youth, college students, and families – our annual fall retreat to the mountains of NC; a time of worship, rest, prayer, and fun.

A weekly newsletter goes out most Tuesdays with updates, special events, deadlines, etc. Email Mackenzie Smith to be added to the list.

College & Young Professionals

College students and young professionals have a place at Yates! Community and spiritual growth are the two most important goals of this ministry.

The Journey Class meets for Bible study at 9:15 am on Sunday mornings in room 305.
On Thursday evenings at 7 pm, the group meets in participants’ homes for book or video studies or just to eat together.

The group includes both singles and married couples.
