Livestream & Recording Notice
How we record and share services, where streams appear, camera zones in the sanctuary, and how long recordings remain available.
📝 Simplified Summary
We livestream worship services. Video may include the platform and parts of the floor seating. Streams appear on our website and social channels.
Recordings are typically public for about 1 year on our site; longer on YouTube/Vimeo as needed. For privacy questions, email info@yateschurch.org.
1) Where Streams & Recordings Appear
- Produced on Boxcast and streamed on our website.
- Simulcast to Facebook.
- Archived on YouTube (@YatesBaptistChurch) and Vimeo (vimeo.com/yatesbc).
2) Camera Zones (Sanctuary)
Primary camera coverage includes the platform and portions of the floor seating. Ushers can help you locate seating that is less likely to be on camera.
3) Privacy & Respect
- We focus on worship leaders and wide congregation shots; close‑ups of attendees are limited.
- We avoid showing embarrassing or sensitive moments whenever possible.
- By entering the sanctuary during streamed services, you may be included in video or audio that is broadcast publicly.
4) Children & Youth
We take special care with minors. Youth media consent is gathered and stored with Safe Sanctuary documentation. Contact our staff with concerns about visibility of minors during streamed services.
5) How Long We Keep Recordings
- Livestream videos remain public for about 1 year on our website/Boxcast.
- Recordings may remain longer on YouTube and Vimeo as needed.
6) Requests & Questions
We cannot remove individual appearances from livestream recordings once published. If you have a privacy concern about a specific recording, email info@yateschurch.org and include the date/time and a brief description.
For broader photo/video questions (non‑livestream), see our Photo & Media Policy.
